BORN FROM A MAD MIND
STITCHED FROM STOLEN CORPSES
BROUGHT TO LIFE FROM THUNDER
THUS OUR LITTLE GIRL HAD OPENED HER EYES
THE STORY OF VALEENTYNE
. . .
it all started with . . .
T H U N D E R!!!
the lightning cast a crooked shadow on the walls. manic cackling echoed in the cold room.
a tall figure loomed over the metallic operating table. the blood-covered cloth hid underneath it one of his breathless creations.
" SEE, DEAR OL' SWEET COMMANDER OF MINE, WE JUST NEED MORE ELECTRICITY!!! " exclaimed joyously the lanky man as he turned to his shorter companion.
the other man simply stared mildly annoyed at the doctor, clearly not impressed with his science-fiction hijinks.
" OH, CAPTAIN, BEING AS GRUMPY AS EVER I SEE! " he giggled like a rabid hyena.
. . . ( silence from the other man, still angry! )
" WHAAAT, ARE YOU SCARED YOU WON'T BE A GOOD FATHER? IS THAT IT? " he asked mockingly while twisting his gangly limbs around the shorter man's torso and inched his face as uncomfortably close as he could, before being shoved off.
" DOCTOR! " growled the commander through clenched teeth, glaring furiously at the mad man. " she is our PROJECT, our EXPERIMENT, our WEAPON! not our CHILD, for hell's sake! " he shouted offended.
unbeknownst to them, the little PROJECT had already risen from the dead... i meant table.
she sat there almost motionless, her huge bug-like eyes scanning the labratory curiously.
...she thought to herself as she recognized all the trinkets scattered around the room.
she stopped her train of thoughts when she spotted a particular little critter.
the EXPERIMENT frowned, trying to remember the creature's name.
"bug." stated the girl out-loud, alerting the two unsuspetcting men.
they hesitated for a couple of seconds, looking at her in awe. she looked back at them as well, but confused.
" she's alive... SHE'S ALIVE! COMMANDER, SHE'S ALIVE!!!" yelled the doctor, shaking the other man.
" yes, yes i see - GOD DAMN IT, DOCTOR I CAN SEE! I HAVE EYES TOO, YOU IMBECILE! " he yelled back.
the little girl cowered in fear, trying to hide under the covers.
" GREAT, YOU'VE SCARED HER. ARE YOU PROUD OF YOURSELF, GENERAL? "
" I DIDN'T SCARE HER, YOU DID! YOU WERE THE ONE THAT STARTED SHOUTING, IDIOT! "
the little girl started crying.
